Reviews

Requested a viewing for a property. Between being offered a viewing time and accepting a few hours later (all communication was done via email) the time was no longer available. Accepted a different time and arranged for my wife to attend the viewing as I was working. On attending the viewing there was no sign of a way in without entering a code and no sign of an estate agent. My wife then phoned and was told the appointment was cancelled as the house is now let and that the appointment was cancelled via voicemail. No follow up to confirm voicemail (which I haven’t got) or consideration that all previous communication had taken place via email. My wife had to then walk home in heavy rain for a wasted journey. 
To make it worse, this was 3 weeks ago and the property is still showing on their own website as available to rent.

AVOID!!!!!!! 
David the property manager lets the whole company down and he is the one you will have to deal with when seeking repairs or getting your deposit back.
Reluctant to acknowledge problems, slow to fix and will try to take some of your deposit. 
Held £80 because they need to professionally clean a house that was handed over to me with previous tenants old dirty belongings still in most cupboards and drawers.

I would like to thank Campbell & Co for selling my property. Gordon and his team provided an excellent, reliable and friendly service throughout the sale process. I can not recommend Campbell & Co highly enough if you are thinking of selling your property.

Rang to query about a property and before questions were finished we were rudely cut off with sharp 'Yep Yep Yep'. Very poor customer service.

Don't go there. Wher waiting for repairs at least 2 weeks. Left 3 weeks ago and still no Deposit back.
