Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes were very quick to sell the car to me but after taking it in for a repair boot door replaced, the quality of the repair has been far from what I expected see images. There are large gaps between the panels and the boot does not shut smoothly. I have tried to get hold of someone for months, only to be passed on to other team members. Will not be using this dealership again.
Hallie was amazing. She knew everything about the car that sales person should know and to be aware about. She was well spoken and was able to explain everything in details and was able to answer all our questions regarding the car we wanted to purchase. When we went to collect the car on the day, she had picked up few things that we weren't able to. And she was able to get it fixed. Great job. Keep up the good work.
From ordering to handing over our new car the service given to us has been fantastic. Our family have now purchased three cars through Steven eagle and always dealt with Kumani. He has always been very efficient, keeping us informed. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he always did it with a smile. Thank you we will be back
