I recently bought a Luton van from Van Ninja. There I met Emma, their sales advisor who was very helpful and professional. This was my first experience to buy any van and I had no clue about anything but Emma explained every single thing in details. I will highly recommend Emma and pray for her promotion and future. The service I received from Kendall is outstanding! I bought a Mercedes sprinter to convert it into a mobile food truck, best decision going to van ninja found them on auto trader. He went the extra mile from start to finish being a female and worried about being ripped off it was never the case, one of the best customer service ever! I’m probably going to carry on servicing the van with them even though it’s quite a drive away from where we’re based it will be reassuring. I feel so comfortable and confident that I have purchased the right van at the right place to start my first ever business. I’ll be back to serve the team lunch once the conversion is complete! Brought a van today and it was the easiest buy for a vehicle l have ever had. With a few vans to choose from my husband and l were supported in what we really wanted. I dealt with Stephen at Van Ninja and I couldn't have asked for more from him. He was understanding of my worry of buying online with the restrictions and was very understanding and talked me through everything with regards to the van. He sent me pictures and reassured me. All the staff I've spoke to there were really friendly. Would 100% recommend.
