Bought a fiat 500 in immaculate condition Paul gave an excellent service no hard sell was just honest and so helpfull that fiat didn't come with a parcel shelf so Paul kindly bought one and posted it onto us would 100% recommend Aristocars and will definately go back when I want to change my car Thx Paul and Marcel
I purchased a car from this garage. He was extremely helpful and made the process easy for me. Two days into owning the car I noticed a strange noise. He took it to his chosen garage and said everything was fine and that I essentially ‘wasted his time’. Getting the car back and the noise was worse. Took it to my trusted garage and they stated the front brake discs and completely worn and dangerous. After the repair which cost me £200+ I have contacted him multiple times to revive this money back as I am still in warranty, but yet to revive any contact back. It’s been almost a week now. Typical car sales place, they say they’ll help and provide warranty and then will ignore or refuse to solve any issues through warranty.
Bought a Fiesta 1.6S from Paul at Aristocars and it's been brilliant so far. The car had a dent in one of the doors and it was putting me off a bit, but Paul sorted it before purchase and you'd never know it had been there. Very impressive. Paul has a good manner about him and not at all pushy. Next time we want a used car, we'll go to Paul first, that's for sure.
Dishonest salesmen who hides behind claiming to be a long-standing family run business. I would not recommend buying from someone who likes to be creative with the truth. I just say though his acting skills are 100% believable.
After a nightmare experience with a dodgy dealer, I found Aristocars. Paul was a genuine chap, happy to answer my questions and fair in his dealings. He told me if I had any problems with the car, to let him know and he would sort it, and I believe him. Happy to report that I've had the car a little over two weeks now and haven't had any problems. Would recommend buying from him. If something goes wrong I think he would put it right. Nice one Paul!
Recently bought a Skoda from Paul, an experience which he made completely painless. It’s an old car but we’ve been driving it regularly for a couple of weeks and it’s like new. It’s clear Paul has built his business through trust, reliability and quality vehicles at a fair price. We travelled from London to buy the car and when it comes time to our next purchase we’ll make the journey again. Couldn’t recommend Aristocars more highly.
I bought a car from Aristocars in November last year 2019 and I couldn't be happier ! Paul was a great salesman, no pressure or hard sell, my car was ready & waiting on date of collection. After 4weeks there was a problem with the car, however this was put right with no fuss or problems and I am truly loving my car ! Would definitely use Aristocars again & recommend them highly to anyone needing a good car at a great price.
I bought a car from Aristocars a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience. Paul is a great salesman, not pushy at all, honest and friendly. They changed the side mirror for me since I wasn't happy with the replacement it had from the previous owner. It's a great car and I'm very happy with it. If you need a used car, definitely recommend going to Aristocars!
Got a decent enough deal but took my car back 3 times to be repaired following misfiring issues within first couple of months, assured it was fixed and coil packs replaced each time. Problem persisted, getting it fixed myself showed 2 spark plugs were completely shot with lots of wear and clearly had not been checked or replaced. Has ran perfectly after actually replacing these parts. Typically high Street dealer.
