National Image but completely local, family-feel service. I was really impressed with Saxon Bridge. Junil helped us to purchase our car and was super friendly and helpful. The staff at Saxon Bridge are easy going and give you the right amount of browsing time while still being available if you need any help. Junil totally went the extra mile for us so we could drive away with my beaut new car the next day! Can't recommend enough!
Great location and showroom, lots of cars to choose from in a good layout. The waiting area is light and welcoming and it’s a nice atmosphere. I was served by Peter, who was genuinely friendly, patient and nice to deal with, there are no pushy sales people or pressure selling, you can wander without anyone breathing down your neck but are there for help and advice if you want it. The customer service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble and I got a fab car and couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Rose the sales representative was exceptional also, from start to finish. There was NO pressure to buy or any add service and NOTHING was a problem for these guys! I was at complete ease, felt very happy and confident to buy the beautiful Mercedes that I did.
I have recently taken my car that I purchased from Saxon Bridge Wolverton a year ago for a full service. I have to admit that I was very impressed with the friendly costumer service I received when buying my car, and I was expecting even more from the new Superstore. However, I had no interaction with any mechanics that had conducted the service of the car. The friendly administrator that gave me the paperwork and took the payment, could not answer my technical questions on their comments and work done, so she had to call them a couple of times to be able to clarify and explain their comments. The car's service schedule book was not completed and singed by an employee who did the service, so I am really left wondering if all what should be replaced/changed/checked on my car was actually done as this was a 60000km service. I have really lost my trust.
Saxon bridge is such a welcoming place, as soon as I walked in I received excellent customer service. Everyone was so friendly and my whole family loved them! Jinal took me outside to look around and they had some lovely cars! I was able to take one car in particular on a test drive but unfortunately it wasn’t the car for me, but the staff were so understanding and also Shannon made me a brilliant cup of coffee! I highly recommend!
A very pleasant experience. The car I viewed was clearly well taken care of and kept clean before it was put on display, and I could have driven it off the lot, however Gary was very helpful in offering a pre-delivery valet service which was a nice touch. The sales team were not pushy when suggesting extra options, and it was a really pleasant and straightforward experience both viewing and purchasing the car. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car.
After visiting their mount farm dealership, i was kindly welcomed by all staff, their showroom is beautifully decorated and colourful, one of the best car dealership i have been too. I had loads of cars to choose from and test drove a couple , the sales guy did not mind i wanted to test drive a few options, I wasnt forced to buy the car. They kept me informed all the way till the moment i drove away in my lovely new car. I will be recommending saxonbridge in the future. I wish the company all the best for the future as they deserve it.
Initial experience of purchasing the car was fantastic. Maggie at the Wolverton site made it extremely pleasant, convenient & hassle free & I was thrilled with my new car. Unfortunately my car has now been in to the Mount Farm branch twice with problems non opening boot & problems with brake light and is due in again on Saturday as it has a transmission warning light & I’ve had problems with the automatic gearbox. Genuinely hoping this can be fixed as it’s heartbreaking because I love this car.. however three visits to the garage in less than three weeks of ownership is not a great sign
Great sales experience, no fuss, no pressure, I knew which car I wanted and they didn’t try and up sell, or sell any extras I didn’t want or need. Test drive, part ex, and finance arranged all in an hour and a half. Collection nice and quick, and Ally stayed late to wait for me to arrive, delaying a meal with his parents. 3 weeks on and I discovered an oil leek. Car returned today, inspected, and repaired this afternoon, all under the warranty. Can’t ask for better service, except you need some cold drinks for your customers that don’t drink tea or coffee!!
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently brought my second car from Saxon bridge and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. The customer services from all the staff at Saxon bridge are, pleasant, personal and above and beyond. I had encountered an issue with the vehicle itself however, Saxon bridge went above and beyond with dealing with it with a very special thank you to Patrick & Steven. In store, I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. I would absolutely have no hesitation to recommend this car superstore to all, they always have great stock and do all they can to help in a genuine way. *****
