We are long standing customers of Johnsons Honda MK and have had nothing but excellent service over the years - the service, professionalism and friendliness from all staff from sales to service teams has been superb. Although we are now having a change of brand, the service is STILL brilliant, even though we are leaving Honda. We'd especially like to thank Matthew for all his help and would have no hesitation in returning to Honda in the future.
Steve was a star today, I needed a locking wheel nut key, he said come straight down and he’ll use the master set to work out which one we need, he was ready with the set when I arrived 20 minutes later, selected the right one then off to parts to order it, it’ll be there tomorrow. Friendly, helpful and super efficient, thank you, you’re a credit to the business.
Everyone at Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes has been very helpful, from initial contact with Harry, through to aftersales and servicing. I had suffered some recent damage as a result of an incident with another driver on the road recently. I was very stressed and shook up over the incident, but the servicing department at Honda reassured me that they would be able to help and made me feel very much at-ease. They offered to have a look at the car up on the ramps, which was a big relief for me. I would especially like to thank Liam for his ongoing support with aftersales enquiries and taking ownership on the issues that I've had with the vehicle up to now and getting them sorted as quickly as possible. He's very much made me feel welcome at the dealership, something which I definitely haven't had with previous dealers! Although I don't think he's directly employed at Honda, I would also like to thank Stuart for his work on the alloy refurbishment, which looks absolutely spot on. A big thank you to everyone there!

Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes were fantastic because Clare who sold ke the vehicle went above and beyond to find a car that was suitable and at the right price. She helped me when I had issues with paperwork. The service I recieved was exceptional.
The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The saleswoman, Leanne, will only talk to you before you buy the car. After that, you will never receive a reply from her if you have any questions. Even if you visit the store in person and leave a message, she will never call you back!!! Any new customers should avoid getting in touch with her. P.S. I am still using their service, so I am not posting from my real account.
Warning to Potential Customers: Avoid Honda Milton Keynes I recently experienced a highly unsatisfactory and distressing transaction with Honda Milton Keynes. In April 2024, I intended to purchase a Honda Civic avoid this defective vehicle RJ68OVN, too advertised on Carwow and dealt with salesperson Mr. Matthew Keep. After arranging financing and transferring £13,995 £13,495 plus £500 deposit through my bank, I was set to pick up the car on 4th May 2024. I also spent £200 on accessories and paid monthly parking for £200. However, on 3rd May 2024, branch manager Mr. Tony Groves informed me of the transaction's cancellation due to the car's mechanical issues and paint work needs. These issues, stemming from Honda Slough according to him, were disclosed last minute, causing me significant inconvenience and financial loss. The dealership's failure to inspect the vehicle before advertising it, coupled with poor communication post-cancellation, led to non-refundable expenses and considerable emotional distress. Despite initially efficient communication during the sales process, the lack of responsiveness afterwards was frustrating and disappointing. It has been two weeks now and they haven't refunded me one penny but only giving me lip service. Their misrepresentation and negligence have constituted emergencies and losses on my part and not even one official apology have been made. All they said was 'I have done all I can on my side' when I am the innocent one! I strongly advise against trusting Honda Milton Keynes, as my experience suggests a lack of reliability and professionalism. Proceed with caution and be aware of potential financial and emotional risks.

Honda is absolutely bad in any point !!! Bad costumer service by the phone Bad costumer service in the shop Bad salesman service as a parts !! Manager doesn’t care at all I feel .. I ask to speak with him he doesn’t even turn up !!!! Avoid this place ! Very bad experience in Milton Keynes Honda shop … I went there order a simple part oil engine dipstick One months waiting costing me 5 times to go to there and ask what’s going on … Finally arrive I just try to fit it on my car and doesn’t even fit … try to call them they even cancel my calls for some reason … they said we will make you happy with discount lol jokers 5% anyway the parts it self is only 18£ but even for that they are bad … Honda you need to change a lot of things because it’s many costumers disappointed from your service. If this is how they selling a cars like the parts haha I’m not gonna be surprised if you closing down soon I got a picture from everything I received today and doesn’t fit amazing service thank you I need to returned now …. Went there unbelievable wrong part number haha I’m hoping you guys understand how I heel
Excellent experience with Brandon Bell at Honda Milton Keynes, from enquiry through to vehicle delivery. Very polite, cheerful and knowledgeable. A real asset for Honda. Great used car too.
