Love love love their new coconut milk range. So happy as its all I drink at home and nice to have it here and made properly nice and frothy mocha. Staff friendly and down to earth. Also had their gluten free chicken and pesto do dah. That was actually very nice. I'm not on a gluten free diet just thought I'd try it and was very happy with it.

Good central location with friendly staff. The coffee shop needs updating as it feels a little tatty. The toilets need refurbishment as well.

Use the app to pay to collect points. Comfortable venue to visit but don't like that they allow dogs, seems unhygienic.

Overall I have to say this Starbucks is filthy, both inside and out. I went there today and there was just rubbish and table after table of dirty cups. It wasn’t even that busy at the time and many of my friends don’t come here anymore because I don’t think it’s all that clean. I go to several other Starbucks in smaller towns around Essex and this one is really dated. We've also got all the new developments in Bond Street. I think it's time Starbucks invested a little more in their Chelmsford store and also took time to care for the store.
