Just in here with my family and the female member of staff on the till to the female manager making the drinks the service has appalling. Not one please or Thank You. I had to request servietts to go with 2 rounds of toast and received 1 and had to ask for additional!! The only saving grace was the other make manager who I explained our experience to and he has apologised and said he will follow up. Real shame as been coming here for years but don't think I will return in a hurry as plenty if other coffee shops around with great service. Up your game Costa!!

Sadly seems like Costas cleaning , product and staff standards gone down the drain. I say Costas because looks like is all over the chain :( use to be a nice place to go for a coffee and a chat.
