Haven't been to Bb's for a few months but went today. Was tottaly shocked at how it has deteriorated since I last went. The staff were obviously busy and tried their best to keep up with the stream of visiting customers, however the tables were not being wiped, the floor was dirty and orders were coming out but the poor girl who was running about trying to find who the food was for had no success as apparently they don't use the table number markers anymore. In fact when my husband went to order coffee he was asked for his name but the chap who was serving couldn't understand him and apologised as his English wasn't very good. Feel very sorry for the staff as they were doing their best. Sorry but won't be going back!

Really disappointed with our visit today. They do not offer the same choice now as they used to, no soup, no jackets potatoes, no wraps, no pastries and worst of all no brown bread whatsoever. Staff were OK at the counter but the one who brought our food didn't say a word to us. We certainly won't be coming back

Went here as my sons choice. Nice coffee. He enjoyed his food (sausage roll and chocolate muffin washed down with a chocolate milkshake) i had a hot chicken fajita wrap. Think they were a bit under it as did not get my food till my son had finished his. But i couldnt grumble as the staff were so lovely. Really welcoming place

Food quality is good but the service is really slow. Has been like this for about a year bow. I guess they need to find a way to retain the staff rather than always training up new ones.
