Board behind counter did not reflect the drinks available, it showed sparkling water but they didn't have any, they did have diet coke but was not on board. Tables were left with trays and cups from previous customers, many members of staff walked by and ignored them. Quite a few of the bulbs were blown in the lights, never a good sign, no attention to detail.

Fabulous muffin and tea, great service and staff were very helpful when I inadvertently left my bag of shopping behind! They were honest and kept my belongings safe until I tracked them back down! Thank you so much, you made my day! We will be back again very soon!
