Staff are very helpful and outgoing, very kind and chatty, full of energy. I generally find Pret to have phenomenal customer service, but this branch is particularly good. Well done guys. Great team and great customer experience.

Great food, very helpful and friendly staff. Gets really busy at lunch time so seating can be tricky.
