The store is run by friendly, helpful people with a passion for customer service and knowledge in the coffee industry. As a previous employee of Starbucks UK I can safely say that the Ely Cloisters team are on the top of their game when it comes to the craft and skill of creating hot and cold beverages- you can completely trust they will make your drink exactly how you like it. I hope the new store does not tarnish The Cloisters reputation as it is one of the best Starbucks stores I've visited in the country. Thank you to Nathan, Emily, Jamie and the rest of the team who make my Starbucks experience so enjoyable.

Fantastic customer service with extremely friendly staff. Staff are personal and approachable and always try to make themselves available if a customer is needing or wanting some time from them. Drinks are of high quality consistently and the staff are very happy to make each drink exactly the way you like it without ever raising an eyebrow. There is an upstairs with quieter music and a relaxed environment so if you want to do any work or studying, this is the perfect part of the venue for you. Toilets are clean, presentable and well stocked and the cafe area is also very clean with tables wiped and cleared regularly. Overall, each experience I've had here I have felt very satisfied with the high level of customer service as well as the high quality of beverages and cleanliness of the store. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area whether just passing by, or regularly visiting.

My favourite coffee house, the staff bend over backwards to cater for tour requirements and work as a team to keep the place tidy and welcoming.

I have been frequenting this Starbucks since the week they opened. I run Weight Watchers meetings for the City of Ely and the staff are so helpful here, they allow me to have work meetings in their premises, always greet me with a smile and continuously ask how I am and make conversation. Never has a request been too big, they bend over backwards to talk to me about the drinks and have extensive knowledge of what they are serving. In my opinion there is only one Starbucks in Ely, I just haven't had the same good fortune at the other one where there has been problems with my drinks and lack of stock. Hats off to Nathan, Emily and the whole team... each and every one of you completes the recipe of the perfect coffee experience. Thank you.
