A very lovely Sunday lunch had at The Cutter Inn yesterday. All of our food choices were delicious, well cooked, plated well and portion sizes were excellent. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and the view of the river flowing past is a welcome sight. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. The atmosphere was lively but still chilled with everyone there all enjoying themselves and the delicious food. I hadn’t been here for a good while, but will definitely be returning now on a more regular basis. What a joy to have a fabulous Sunday Roast on your doorstep! The Cutter Inn is also a lovely pub, but on this occasion we only used the restaurant.
Nice view along the peaceful river. Friendly staff. Good food.nnThe steak and ale pie really exceeds my expectations. The seasoning is beautiful, layered with herbs and ale flavors. The beef is super tender. Just wish there was more juice in it. The pie may appear small at first glance, but it is tightly stuffed. I also appreciate that it comes with a bunch of the steamed tender stem broccoli. It’s really hard to get proper portion of veggies nowadays. The potato mash is also nice, smooth and not heavy at all. The gravy is mellow and tasty too. I usually dislike gravy because it usually taste likes odd thickened bath water but I ended up dipping my mash in this one!nnThe dog menu is so adorable and thoughtful.nnLooking forward to coming back with my friends ^^ It is convenientlu located a short walk away from the train station.
Very beautiful environment with a cozy interior. Food took a while to arrive but that’s due to the large crowd which does not feel too cramped due to the generous spacing. I ordered their burger and it was truly savoury from start to finish, very filling. Also, the place is dog friendly, so enjoy seeing and interacting with many dogs, including the friendly resident, Taxi.
Lovely, dog friendly Riverside bar. Food we had was great
Popped in here for a coffee after a nice walk with the dog. We didn't eat anything this time but we will next time we are here.nVery friendly greeting by a lovely young lady. Ordered two cappuccinos and sat outside on the front looking at the river. Didn't have long to wait for the young lady to bring them out to us.nThe coffee was delicious and tasty.nThey do have a great reputation for food and drink .nWell worth a visit any day.
