Attended St Mary' s podiatry unit today with my grandson who was having some foot surgery. The staff were amazing. So kind and caring, immediately put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much
I was here for about half a year and the staff EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM ON EVERY SINGLE WARD are fantastic, I gained skills to help me through in life and coming from a smoker I used to shout a lot, they are kind and nurturing and take no prisoners but are so gentle and loving, I cried when I left because up to this day I miss them…nnI learned the piano, keyboard, guitar and violin oooob and how to paint when I was here through the occupational therapy and help from staff, a lovely warm smile of a mornings time and a lovely laughter greets you as you walk down the islennSandpiper, Kingfisher, Adovcet & the ward I was on was fantastic, all the nurses in charge don’t act like they are above you but like you are a hums being, complete humane treatment and above and beyond emotional support, doctors are fantastic, funny and support dreams.nnVery fashionable and beautiful may I add it’s like they just employ gorgeous people ahahhaa!!!!nnIt’s like a family I have never felt so at home I didn’t not want to leave and that’s coming from a person who hates being outside of home for long!!nnIt’s an actual thing when society laises together and makes you feel like your worthy of life.
Very fast and accurate service. It wasn't crowded either and I have no complaint relating to customer service.nHard to find parking though. I spent 7 minutes trying to get parking.
Today, i visited St. Mary Hospital in Kettering for a dietitian appointment at 2 p.m. I got the X4 bus to get to the hospital, and the bus stopped directly outside of the hospital.nnI liked the little garden in the front, and it was nice to see it well-maintained. My building was a little further down, but it was easy to access, and the road had both car and pedestrian road markings, so it was safe to walk across the different buildings.nnWhen i went to the building, i tried to do the online check-in using the digital display, but my appointment could not be found. i then went to the staffed reception, and they said i could take a seat and someone would collect me.nnI liked that there was a range of different seats to accommodate all sizes, with some having additional padding to provide comfort to the patients. There were plenty of chairs, and i found them to ne quite comfortable.nnThe dietitian i had, Francesca, was lovely. She was very apologetic that there was no British Sign Language interpreter present as i had requested, but i did find her to be quite good at communicating with me. What could have been a disastrous appointment ended up being successful, and i left feeling like i had been heard and my concerns were noted.nnUpon leaving the hospital, i was able to get the bus back, and it was a very straightforward appointment, and the hospital was excellent, too.
Nursing staff here aren't like good don't really spend one to one time with you to make sure you are okay or to help you with your mental health I think it was ten times better when I was at Berrywood hospitalnI am still in the hospital at the moment waiting for a place to go a and live. Sadly being in here six and a half months came in informally 3 months later got put on section 2 what obviously lasted a month then got put back informal was my own fault but the doctor's and the nursing staff here aunt is good
