Clearly Wellingborough, with it's rapidly expanding population, needs a much better hospital now than is currently available at Isebrook. KGH is not functioning well in its current format and will not improve with all the planned building works that will impact greatly on patient welfare so this issue needs properly addressing. We need A&E plus proper wards, pathology, scanning etc.
Just wanted to say how amazing all the staff were with my mum in the Hazel ward in the rehab hospital.nThey made her feel at home and safe and looked after her with great care.
The physiotherapy was poor. I was given instructions on an app to do at home, without being shown any exercises? I wasn’t sure I was doing it correctly and having only one appointment a month after over 10 years of chronic back pain and arthritis, I felt that physiotherapy would have helped better if offered years earlier with actual physical session rather than discussions.
Have had blood taken today. I was impressed how nice they all were it's Christmas Eve today... they had to work poor ladies... I was late for my appointment I came with my 3 daughters and still those lovely ladies made such a nice and friendly atmosphere.nThe lady who was taking blood explained every single detail to my girls as they were very interested in it then she gave them stickers. Clearly those people love what they do
Very kind staff. I'm 27 years old but the lady who taken the blood sample was treating me like a kid because I was so scared. She knows how to makes me feel better. God bless her!
