I have received excellent service today from Lisa Morbin and Molly. They were thorough both with the booking of appointment for my daughter as well as the administrative help I needed. Great job both and thank you so much.
Worst experience today with my 14yr old daughter at St clements. My daughters had a serious ear infection for 3 weeks now. We've been back 3 times in 2 weeks and today the gp prescribed the same course of antibiotics that she's been taking and haven't worked for the past 8 days. she also started to take an ear swob whilst telling me that the sample wont be collected until monday and itll be wasted by then its friday When I questioned the ear swob situation and asked for stronger or different antibiotics, the doctor actually started throwing equipment ear swobs into the draws and started slamming the draws telling me that i havent given her enough time to finish talking and that she wont bother. She proceeded to ask us with a sickening attitude what we wanted her to do as there isnt any stronger or different antibiotics to what she had already prescribed. even though in the end she did actually prescribe a different antibiotic, after using Google. After this trauma and crazy behaviour i spoke to the receptionist and asked for a complaints procedure. She was rude and patronising and refused to give me the GPS name that we'd just seen and then refused to give me her own name stating she is not obliged to give out names. Even though the gp had just treated my daughter. She then went into the gps room and informed her that I was making a complaint. I have All of this on a video recording as the situation felt wrong and I felt I'd need proof. I thought when you made a complaint it was confidential? Did she have any rights telling the gp I was making a complaint? Both the gp and receptionist today had no manners, no people skills and completely lacked any empathy. The way we were treated was terrible, Where's person centered care gone? Me and my daughter left in tears today, will definitely be taking this complaint higher
After 1 hour of waiting, you only have 10 minutes for the consultation. Very superficial, paracetamol for everything. If you have more problems, refuse to consult you. 10 min allocated for 1 single problem. The worst service from GP. Rude GP
I hope I can find ombudsman where I can file official complaints as it’s the matter of time until some incompetent doctors and nurses get someone killed. Have proof of them using google to look for medication, don’t understand how can nurses do appointments without proper medical education.
This is the worst place and worst GP centre I have ever seen. GP and Staff have no compassion. I have a phone call appointment with the GP today Bukki and she didn't let me explain my medical condition. Health care staff need to learn how to be professional and how to treat their patient with compassion. I do want to give even a single star to them.
My wife & I registered at this surgery in Nov 2022 we have never had an issue with the surgery. A member of staff on reception M who is top quality & very professional. My diabetic nurse what can i say about her professionalism in her job she is again like the receptionist M. Both members 10/10
I just wanted to say the two ladies at this Drs are always very polite and empathic, their names are Molly and Dawn. They are never abrupt which some of the others are, who sigh and you can tell from their voice manner have little patience. I appreciate different cultures have different ways of speaking to you, but when you are made to feel you are a nuisance please try and remember that this is very much patient focused and you are their first point of call. Thank you Molly and Dawn I appreciate all your help.
Really happy with the staff at this surgery, very polite and helpful. Recently we had an issue with a family members health, Molly and Dr Cheema went above and beyond to help us get seen to, review results and make us feel at ease. A big thanks to the team.
Appointments are never available. You are told the line is busy until 8:30, by which point there are no appointments left. I've tried calling multiple times and am always told that the Dr has already finished by midday, despite the surgery being open until 6:30 which makes absolutely zero sense. The receptionists have no medical training and are unable to provide basic medical advice I was once adviced by the receptionist to take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily which is poisonous.
For a number of consecutive days, I've been trying to book a "non urgent" appointment. After being referred to the online booking system, which I don't have permissions to make a booking, all my follow up calls are ignored. Receptionist are callous and attempt to provide expert medical advice as if they're trained to do so. This is not the first occurrence either. As it stands, this health centre is currently a waste of both time and space.
