From free parking to the very easy navigation via colourfull pathways the place is very easy to get to and around . We were seen immediately in medical imaging , the staff were incredibly friendly and informative , putting my son at ease from the start .nVery highly recommended .

Updated unfortunately the previous review is where it ends. Months on still waiting for the earing aids to be sent. I Phone weekly only to be told they will look into it and call me back. BUT they never do. How can they justify leaving a 87 year old women with no hearing. Apparently we are supposed to be consoled by the fact we are not the only ones that are having trouble like this. What a joke. 14/05/2024. Will update again when and if we ever get her earing aids.nnExcellent is an understatement. From entry to the restaurant this morning, where I was greeted with a beautiful smile and the lady came and helped me with the coffee machine,nAudiology department again big smile greeted immediately, my mother's appointment was for new moulds for her hearing aids Kathryn went above and beyond in making the moulds and being considerate to my mother and her feelings.nGentle and polite, helpful with advice.nThe hospital was spotlessly clean.n5 stars isn't enough wish I could add more.nWELL DONE
Relative was in bentwood community hospital for 4 weeks to get a 86 old man back on his feet can’t fault place as it should be a show home for nhs none stop cleaner and care was fantastic
Went in here for rehab. Couldn't ask for better except that physiotherapy was a bit thin on the groundnStaff were really exceptionally professional, supportive and very very caring, especially so for more vulnerable patients. There was a chap on there nearing the end of his life, poor soul. He could not have had better or more concerned, considerate or more careful nursing had he been a member of the Royal family. And all the staff got was abuse from his family...nGreat people. I can't praise them enough!
