Story

We operate from a large city-centre property on Church Street in the heart of Manchester's famous Northern Quarter.

Our business has grown and evolved over many years of successful trading and we have also been able to help many start-up businesses that have operated in our building. We sell a range of goods, all individually sourced for our customers based upon key criteria such as quality and affordability and choice. We specialise in selling bicycles and sell a range of different types from cruiser bikes to children's bikes.

We were responsible for importing the very first lowrider cruiser bicycle to the UK shores and this resulted in numerous celebrity endorsements of lowriders and we are often asked to supply lowriders for TV and Film productions.

Our trading philosophy is very simple. We have never lost sight of the importance of being honest in our business dealings and we see all of Ridelow's customers as friends. We pride ourselves on the quality of Ridelow's Customer Service and we always aim to be innovative, creative and to keep evolving our business and our product ranges. We like to listen to our customers and to this end we are now aiming to add a broader range of products to our website such as New Era Caps and Clothing. This will enable Ridelow to reach out globally and set the business going forward for online and offline growth.

To put things very simply, we pride ourselves on having a happy customer base. If you are happy, then we are also happy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then we will do what we can to acheive harmony and win your loyalty as a customer. This philosophy exists in store and also extends to our online policy too. Whilst the personal touch is largely lost online, we will always maintain an approachable and friendly service, giving advice and guidance to ensure that your online journey with Ridelow is a pleasurable experience.
