I lost a small but important part from my Ortlieb bag, which hadn't even been purchased from Evans. Staff member Connor went out of his way to quickly find a replacement part there and then, at no charge. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wanted to look at something, opened up the package and helped me have a look. Great advice and welcoming too.

Service isn’t great - slow and a bit condescending. The guy I spoke to eventually admitted he didn’t really know what he was on about. OK for emergencies, but there are better places otherwise.

Bike was vandalised in Manchester city centre leaving it a death trap so I picked out Evans as the nearest shop and they couldn't have done more for me. Fit me in to replace my snipped brake cable and the other nuts and bolts the vandals had removed, and if Tim hadn't noticed these I could be under a lorry instead of writing this. I was able to get home and the parts and labour were fantastic value. Thanks so much Tim! Let's hope the police can find whoever did the damage.

I left my bike in the store to get it repaired, I have waited a week to find out the quote was twice the price of my bike! But the worst thing is that they stole the parts I have bought in the store the same day I left my bike with them. Manager was so unhelpful she said she has no record of my transaction because my order was cancelled, this is truly shocking! I called customer services, they said they will investigate and I never got a call back! I was a regular customer at evans, I have never been treated like that. Awful customer service! I managed to find a receipt that clearly states 'customer providing his own parts' but after phoning twice no one bothers to call me back! avoid this place they are thieves
