I waited more than half an hour in the queue to pay for my shoes. Only 1 person on the till and one person on return till which. Manager was right there chilling around disregarding the customers waiting. He could serve himself to make customer experience better. I think this manager really needs some training on the customer service and how to run the shift. Disgraceful experience.....
Shop is overcrowded with equipment, but the main reason for the low score is because my mum went to the store yesterday. She was looking for sliders and asked a young white girl dont know her name where they were and she gave a very annoyed and abrupt "NO". My mum was surprised but didn't say anything, however that's just rude. I Understand staff having a bad day but if someone asks one question, they don't deserve that.
Understaffed.when we enquire about a product they get irritated.one lady she didnt even bother to look at me when i said excuse me repeatedly.she was a bit racist too.she was behaving well with a smiley face to a few british customers amd when i went over to her she rebuked and behaved in a rude manner
They sent me the wrong item after my purchase on black friday. They also didn't have any spares to send me the correct item. Made me purchase the product for full price. Wouldn't recommend shopping here.
Why is the only shop with fitting rooms locked??? Waited ages for someone to come to open it..and there are 2 but she opened 1 at a time and there was a queue as well..no sense..no one cares...leave it open!!!!!
A place where to have your space for lots of sport equipment,sports wear from different brands specifically the price was affordable and nice place to visit.

I would avoid shopping here at all costs. Especially as they are the worst when it comes to their customer service and exchanges. Note that the supervisor with glasses is probably the rudest person you will ever encounter. Will come to you with an existing attitude with no respect to you as a customer. She will put words in your mouth without listening to your explanation for an exchange properly. I am very surprised as to why she has such a position in the store in the first place, when she lacks basic listening and comprehension skills. Overall the experience was terrible, just because of how rude she was. I would not recommend this store- especially not this branch to anyone
I hated the way they talked to me when i went to return a product.I did not like it at all they have to understand how to talk to a customer.
Good prices but disappointing cashier service. Both customers Infront of me decided to go off and continue shopping, & the cashier just stood there waiting for them. I ended up dumping my stuff & walking out.
