The worst costumer service I've ever met. Very disappointed of people who working there. They are not helpful at all, sarcastic comments and really mean acting... I like the shop but probably I will never buy anything from there till they not change personnel. They didn't even check if they have size for what I asked. I forgot to ask for name of the most rude guy but for sure I'll get it and I'll write to they head office. Good luck with shopping there! You will need it...

The customer service in this store is awful. The girl behind the till had a terrible attitude and was rude and unhelpful. The manager was better, but unfortunately this girls ugly temperament was overpowering. I had found the trainers I wanted in the store but decided not to buy them after my interaction with the rude staff. Thankfully there's a Schuh store nearby with great staff.

Visited footlocker with an urgent need to get trainers for my son and couldn't even get the attention of members of staff standing around gossiping. When I finally did get a member of staff to acknowledge me I got a snappy rude unhelpful response so I walked straight out! Not impressed

Very bad experience. Customer services lied out of there teeth. I found there response rude, arrogant and pathetic.
