Been there today to buy a pair of shoes for my 3 years old girl. Lovely staff! They measure her fit, helped us until we found the right style and size for her. End up buying two pairs😅 and really happy with the experience.

Just been there, I love Clarks, saw a shoe on sale, given to a member of the staff, waited for 20 minutes to get them... Nothing happened! I just left, when i complaimed  for the waiting time sayng I was leaving they just say "ok,bye". I won't defenetly buy anything else in this place!

It's a shop, they have nice shoes, nothing more to say there.

I do have my doubts about their staff training though. Whenever I went there with my kid to get feet measured, they got it wrong. One person didn't know how to read the size, the other one did it 'in the air' rather than placing foot on the ground to stretch the foot, toes etc. So what they told me was wrong by whole two sizes. On one occasion I was waiting to pick up my online order and when I got bored and thought it was way too long, I was told that they forgot about it...
