Good price for value! Shop mostly known for them shoes as they're cheaper then next doors and often further discounted Never extremely busy which is good as u can always ask the staff if u need different sized item, which they quickly bring u over as they got radio speakers Helpful and pretty staff too, well some youngsters could be more helpful, if so just ask 2 or 3 time, I'm sure will be all right! Always come here for nice shoes Will buy quicker and cheaper than other competitors around the mall!
Went today and was surprised by how nice the staff were, particularly after receiving poor customer service at JD. I interacted with three members of staff all who were extremely pleasant, polite & helpful which really makes a difference to the shopping experience. Otherwise the products were good with a large shoe range and reasonable sales.
The store is closing down Monday. It's pretty aight but very expensive. So I believe that's why it shut down because some prices were up to £200 and nobody is gonna pay that much for clothes.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited at least 10 minutes on two different occasions to try and get a different sized shoe and ended up walking out both times. Other customers were also left hanging and standing around whilst staff doodle in the corners of the shop and others playing on their mobile phones. I confronted a member of staff about this at the entrance who was also on her phone and she had a very bad attitude and told me that I should've just asked a member of staff about the shoes. Wouldn't recommend this store at all.
I have booked in for a week's stay and it is not going well. I had to queue up for over 55 minutes just to check in and then it took 20 minutes to complete. The queue had over 20 people and it was mayhem. Only one receptionist was working and she was new to the hotel - what an introduction to the hotel. A second receptionist stropped in saying that she had been cleaning rooms as the housekeepers were on strike, served a couple of people, and then stropped off abandoning her colleague. People were being given dirty rooms and needed to swap. No availability was being given for meals in the Brache. Our room for two had one set of towels and only one teaspoon, but at least our keys are still working so far . I noted the stroppy receptionist was still able to take her cigarette breaks this morning though. I'll keep you posted!
3 stars but theyr for the staff who were great and freindly. Well overpriced, cant compeat with OnLine stores for brand names... however there sale rail is worth a visit.. what was £80 last month is £30 now. Clean and organised
I bought a damaged coat and came back the next day. she did not want to change it with another similar article. and not only, some items are dirty. this is inadmissible. I do not recommend . is not trustworthy.
All multinational brands available. Sale items also available. Prices obviously high
Nice staff .nice selection off clothes. But not happy to pay £1.50 for a bag for life so I left with the clothes in my hand .
Despite their policy stating that anything ordered online can be exchanged in store, this store has rejected my exchange as the trainer had manufacturing defects so I had to pay for the return as well despite there was no fault of mine, will never use USC again online or in store.
