Good price for value!
Shop mostly known for them shoes as they're cheaper then next doors and often further discounted
Never extremely busy which is good as u can always ask the staff if u need different sized item, which they quickly bring u over as they got radio speakers
Helpful and pretty staff too, well some youngsters could be more helpful, but still all right
Always come here for nice shoes

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Waited at least 10 minutes on two different occasions to try and get a different sized shoe and ended up walking out both times. Other customers were also left hanging and standing around whilst staff doodle in the corners of the shop and others playing on their mobile phones.

I confronted a member of staff about this at the entrance (who was also on her phone) and she had a very bad attitude and told me that I should've just asked a member of staff about the shoes.

Wouldn't recommend this store at all.

Terrible.  I returned some faulty goods to USC and they refused to give me a refund and therefore breached my statutory rights.
