The staff in this store are friendly, helpful and wiling to go above and beyond for their customers. I had to exchange some shoes and it was quick and easy. I left the store feeling happier than I went in, thanks to Jenny and the other staff (I'm sorry, I didn't get the other girls name). A great team of people working there. Thank you.

Always receive excellent service and the selection of products is the best in town! All the staff are super friendly, especially the manager Jenny who I often see in there!

The best customer service i have recieved in a long time! Alot of shoe shops are selling the same thing. The staff here defo make this shop stand out from the rest!

Great range of decent shoe but just hope you do not have to return anything faulty as the manager Anna is very rude. £ 80 pair of kickers made my daughter's feet bleed after two days back at school and she would not agree they were faulty!
