I’m in room 237 and Tanya has been amazing with her care and checking if I need another drink. She is a very warm and friendly person. After having GA it was nice to have Tanya who showed empathy and nothing was to much.
Paediatrics Parents, Bay 4nCompletely stress free experience. Staff where all lovely, kind and friendly. We were looked after extremely well.nWe had a lovely lunch served to us by Tania, she was a superstar and kept us well fed and watered during our visit.
I was a day patient at the hospital and every staff was nothing but pleasant to me. I was accompanied by my partner and the staff were incredibly reassuring and helped to ease any anxiety I had on the day.nnWe were offered lunch and despite my partner being indecisive with what she wanted to eat, the lady from the kitchen Tania was super helpful. Despite the numerous requests and changes, she was more than accommodating to us and made us really feel good with our choices
Great hospital and lovely surgical staff and recovery staff. The consultants Mr A Hassan and Mr Sangtani put me at ease about operation and post op very caring as I was anxious. All Nursing staff professional, friendly and caring put me at ease due to being very anxious post op. Tania, catering staff very polite, friendly and helpful .Food very nice and hot and fresh. Also explained the ordering procedure with me. Very caring and helpful.
If only I could turn back the hands of time. I Would not have chosen this hospital and definitely not the consultant for my breast reduction by Caroline Payne. I'm usually a great judge of character, I was wrong this time. No real compassion care or empathy for the suffering I had endured for many years. My 6months review...I WAS LEFT FEELING LIKE A SCHOOL CHILD, went home and cried for hours, I'm not used to being disrespected humiliated and made to feel like im a nobody. The follow up appointment should be time for you to discuss your surgery not to be insulted on how you use to look and accused of even manipulatiing your own body look the way it does instead of taking full accountability. Why complain now kind of attitude. Back and forth emails from this consultant which included lies upon lies and sarcastic words. Basic care in this hospital and the complaints department is not much better unfortunately. STAY AWAY.
