Worst service ever. Don't believe you if you are sick. Do not want to provide sick note and want you to visit. No appointments for 3 weeks plus. No emergency appointments. Rude staff. No communication from receptionist to doctors and nurses. Forget to do repeat prescriptions and sick notes. This surgery needs investigation and audit.

This surgery is the worst surgery in ilford, reception has very bad manners to handle patient queries they don't care what patient is going through they sit in their own mood. every time you call for an emergency appointment you have to wait 5 hours to get a call from doctor to confirm the appointment and than another wait to see the doctor Unable to understand some one can pass away before appointment as if it's an emergency it's our unfortunate to have this surgery in our area couple of occasions they messed up prescription really important medication that I regularly use and was on repeat and they made it disappear From the surgery as I never had requested it. And the worst thing I have been informed at reception desk is that the doctor can put you in the queue any where they like , rather than following the queue so its doctor choice rather than your turn. Any one reading the reviews please raise your voice against the poor standards of this surgery as NHS and licensing body need to be aware of the situation and what patients are going through and what we are suffering

Disgusting waiting time, unprofessional receptionists Who have poor quality communication. I have made a number of complaints to the practice manager and to this day no improvements.... I have been at this surgery from a child and the NHS should be very concerned.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THREE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE ILFORD MEDICAL CENTRE OR JAIL AS THEY FEEL VERY SIMILAR. WHEN YOU CALL IMC( ILFORD MEDICAL CENTRE) FOR AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOUR NEXT BIRTHDAY FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY PICK UP AND TALK TO YOU,SOME WAIT ON THE PHONE AND THE IMC JUST HANG UP KNOWING THAT YOU WOULD BE WAITING AGAIN ON THE PHONE FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO. SECOND- THE MAIN REASON PEOPLE GO TO THE GP IS BECAUSE THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DOCTOR ON THAT DAY MAYBE THE NEXT IF POSSIBLE NOT 10 YEARS LATER HOPING I LIVE THAT LONG TO EVAN MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. THIRD - THE WAITING ROOM IS SO DEPRESSING I AM ASHAMED THAT ITS 2017 AND I AM SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM AND EVERYONE LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE WAITING FOR THEIR TIME OF DEATH,THATS HOW LONG THEY KEEP YOU WAITING. SERIOUSLY THE STAFF NEED TO QUIT AND LET SOMONE MORE QUALIFIED WORK THERE I WILL EVAN BE HAPPY IF DOGS ARE WORKING THERE,I MIGHT GET BETTER SERVICE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL !
