Went to buy some specs thinking it would be a quick ordeal... Jeez how wrong was eye (see what I did there 😁) let me break it down... 5 - 10 min picking glasses found glasses, went to pay, was told I have to take a seat at a desk and someone would be with me... 25 min later no one! So I asked a member of staff what's going on... I was told someone would be with me in a moment... Another 15 min later a woman came over to take my order 40 min Sat waiting just to pay for some specs is unacceptable! My glasses will be ready in just over a week which is also unacceptable! And I was given an appointment for collection so they can be fitted. Hahaha screw that! Just going to collect and go, I'm not wasting another 40 mins of my life for some pointless operation! Going to Boots next time.

My family and I have been customers at specsavers for years, yesterday a busy Saturday, I was there with my wife choosing her new specs, while chosing through the considerable selection the shop assistant was filling up the empty spaces. I was shocked to see she had a tatty cardboard box and pulling out hand fulls of frames and filling the spaces. Now these frames are sold as designer frames costing 125 to 150 pounds a lot of money. If they need to fill the shelves in this way do it when the shop is closed because i found this as a total disrespect to customers spending hard earn cash. Annoyed!

Visited Telford specsavers today for an eye test. 100% satisfied with the service could not fault any member of staff all very friendly and professional . Would recommend to anyone and thanks to the optometrist Hajan for pointing out two problems, beginning of a cataract and a enlarges optic nerve in the other eye that "vision express" had failed to notice only two weeks earlier....

When you have a appointment for a eye test specsavers telford be armed with breakfast and a packed lunch and tea because you will be there for a least five hours, discusting customer service, hopeless staff, ALSO HAD A MISSED DIAGNOSIS be weary using specsavers, also when you ring up they can't give you an exact price for what you want they just tell you to come into the store or ring back appalling store!!!

Extremely poor service at this store, seems like most of the staff really don't enjoy working there gathering from the responses of asking a few workers. If you go to this store, you'll be waiting ages past your appointment time. Very slow and very inconsiderate. Really would not recommend.
