Some nice and friendly staff totally let down by their administrative side. They forgot to let me know that my contact lens trial lenses were in the shop, chased twice and eventually after nearly 2 months I picked up my trial. That went well and when I got to the stage of ordering them... they wouldn't, as they had LOST my notes and needed more time to find them. The assistant felt unable to leave the shop floor and look, despite their being four staff on duty 25 minutes before closing and I was the only person in the shop. The optician on duty could have resolved the issue and the assistant did ask but she refused so I left with no contact lenses and unlikely to use them again. UPDATE Been contacted by the store and have received an apology and they are going to try and set things right. Fair play!

our 11 year old son has been coming here for the past 6 years, we have always found the staff helpfull and friendly, harry has broken his glasses, a number of times, the staff have fixed them . they know harry and are always pleasent to him, we wouldnt take him anywhere else

In here right now. Got told two weeks ago my glasses would be here today and we just got told they're not. Nobody let us know so very annoyed. Also we waited for about five minutes to get told to sit down. We got there and has to wait whilst one lady was prancing up and down in her heels! Very disappointed! :(
