The doctors and staff at this medical practice are outstanding to say the very least! Very efficient, I don't have to spend weeks waiting to see someone, and if there is a problem with medication or results they call me! If I need to see someone on the day, I can! I have only joined this practice a year ago due to moving house and for the first time in a long time I feel very well cared for. The difference in this practice from the last one I attended is unbelievable, I wish I had moved house sooner! Many many thanks to them all.

Worse than terrible in so many ways. They mess up the referrals, they can't fit your children in for two weeks at best, a telephone appointment has on three different occasions been a joke (letting it ring twice then hanging up and never calling back so you can claim I didn't answer). I'm alarmed this is allowed to call itself a medical practice. My 8 year old could run a better surgery.

Just another appallingly run place. If you work for a living forget ever trying to get through on the phone. They shut the phones at lunch which astounds me. Despite supposedly getting a call back by a doctor due to my medication not reacting correctly, guess what? a day and half later i'm still waiting. Absolute shambles. I'm not the only one who get this either. The place needs a shake up and get some people in who can organise.
It gets one star on the basis you have to have at least one to post a review.

I moved here from the dire wellington surgery, and have been happy up until recently but now feel it's becoming as bad.
