Rang for an appointment about 9am and automated system offered a call back but being 20th in queue decided to stay on the line.The queue soon went down and made an appointment for 11.30am.nThe appointment, for my husband was timely and the Doctor was pleasant,efficient and thorough.nMy husband and I were very happy with today's experience.Thank you. Phone lines never go through anymore. No matter when you call up. Even if you call up exactly at 8:30 the automated system says phones are busy and cuts off. Been trying to get in for 5 days and nothing. Message the online appoints and they say you have to call up. It's a joke. And they wonder why hospitals are full.
Always able to get through on the phone, as the new call back means no waiting in the queue. When needed always able to see a Dr quickly. Every member of staff helpful and caring. Fantastic practice, doing a wonderful job under immense pressure as patient numbers continue to grow with the expansion of housing, and the closure of other practices.
Following an escalated report regarding the statement made by the doctor, indicating a lack of concern for my son's well-being, both my son and I have been removed from the practice. I believe this removal stems from raising legitimate complaints about the care provided. The practice has cited allegations of bullying, which I strongly refute.nThis is the same surgery that has consistently failed to arrange necessary vaccinations for my son, neglected multiple patients, and exhibited substandard levels of care. It is my opinion that the practice is significantly understaffed and overburdened with patients, compromising their ability to deliver adequate healthcare services and care.nnMoreover, I find it concerning that ethical considerations appear to be overshadowed in a practice managed jointly by a doctor and their spouse, as this arrangement may hinder impartial professional judgment. Based on these experiences, I would not entrust the care of myself or my son to this practice again.
On hold for 1 hour 10 mins to be told I can’t make an appointment for 3 days time and then when I asked for an appointment today I was told the morning was booked and I had to phone again at 2pm to try and get an afternoon appointment! I don’t have another hour of my working day to waste on hold to potentially still be told they’re fully booked.
