This GP is great! The receptionists, doctors, nurses and pharmacists are always so nice and helpful! Getting an appointment is easy. You get prescriptions quite quickly only a few days in my experience. This GP is certainly an improvement compared to the one we went to where we used to live. Im glad that i registered with this GP :
Fantastic GP. I have had years and years of health problems with no diagnosis. I've moved here and have had fantastic service and a diagnosis for my health problems. I have spoken to one Dr which was slightly rude and blunt but aside from that, Dr Tuft, Dr Gureja and Dr Hampson have been and are amazing doctors. I suffer with anxiety going to the Dr's due to bad previous experiences but these doctors actually listen to you and don't rush with you. Thank you so much for everything you have done with me and our family, cannot rate you enough
Absolutely shocking service! Have been ringing in everyday for 2 weeks to get an appointment at various different times have rung today and was told well your ringing at 12 what do you expect we open at 8:30! As I explained on the phone I’ve rung at 8/10/11/12 and can never get appointment urgency isn’t the word no wonder people are getting ill..
We, as a family have been registered with this practice for 30+ years and I personally cannot thank them enough for the exemplary care and respect they have given us all during that time. I have had cause to see my doctor recently, Dr Lloyd, she is kind, informative and extremely thorough and I feel very well looked after in her care, my husband also saw Dr Zafar last week and my goodness, his treatment of my husband was superb, nothing was too much trouble, both of these doctors and indeed everyone we’ve seen over the years are an absolute credit to the medical profession. knowing our healthcare is in the hands of these people fills me with confidence and pride in our surgery. The guys on reception are kind and always do their best for us, in all the years we’ve been registered there, I have only come across one receptionist who was rude and frankly needed a good talking to but thankfully she’s no longer there. For us, the entire team deserve a pat on the back for the services they provide, it’s caring and respectful and I feel lucky to be registered with such a capable team. Thank you all at stirchley and Sutton hill surgeries for looking after us over the years and especially Dr Lloyd and Dr Zafar.
Have had a really bad cough for weeks causing me to be sick often, thought it was small at first so didn’t call up anyone but it’s really bad now, I call up the doctors and to begin with the lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending, I simply wanted to book an appointment for in a few days time bare in mind I was waiting on the call between 20 minutes and half an hour, to get told that it’s only call appointments for the day which is false as I’ve done that in the past before. Shocking service
