I continue to have a brilliant experience with this practice every time. I always get an appointment promptly - usually within the week. Every gp, nurse and receptionist I’ve encountered has been exceptionally kind, understanding, and always take my concerns seriously. I’ve heard worrying things about the other practices in Telford and am very thankful to be a patient at Dawley Medical Practice. Thank you for all your hard work!

Pleasantly surprised. I haven't been in years so I wasn't sure how it'd go. I got a same day appointment and a last minute physio appointment so I can't really fault anything. Very helpful and caring.

Was left a year without treatment with severe cluster migraines. Told them I had crushing chest pain and was told it was just anxiety and was told to go on antidepressants despite me saying I’m not anxious at all and this feels totally different. Already made an official complaint once and still not seen any improvement in my care. If you have complex health conditions I would avoid using this practice and go elsewhere!!

I really have to write this review. I didn't realise how good our practice is untill I've spoken to others at different practices. First port of call are the receptionist they are brillant they will always go the extra mile to help if needed. very friendly and helpful. The doctors that I have seen especially doctor Davis are very caring and understanding. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Today I seen sally I think her name was ,she is a lovely woman that needs protecting at all costs I felt so comfortable and calm , always get kind nurses but something about this woman !
