If you are going to buy a car from here ask for Rikkie Amer, he’s a top lad, easy to speak to really helped me with all my questions and queries. Also he got a few things sorted on the car for me before selling it and I was exceptionally happy with the service! Thank you! Once again ask for Rikkie Amer.

I spent over £10K on a ford grand c max on 26th June 2017. The customer service so far from Rik Brown has been appalling. I decided not to purchase the car originally , but two weeks later I was called by Rik Brown trying to get me to buy the car and strike a deal. I finally agreed to purchase the car as it was what I was looking for, with the agreement that it came with the parcel shelf. Rik had told me when I first viewed the car, the parcel shelf  was in the garage out the back as it had just been valeted and they take them out to do that. 
On arrival at the agreed time to collect the car, It was out back still being valeted. We walked around to get it and then spent the next 30 minutes looking for the parcel shelf which was agreed at the time of sale.
we tried several, none of which fitted. Only for me to leave with the car and a promise that Rik would acquire me one in a week or two.
3 months later and several phone calls and emails  and no parcel shelf has yet materialised.
Both Rik and his boss Daniel stated after several complaints said 'that didn't come with one'. However Rik did say that he would source the parcel shelf for me as agreed. I need to be able  to store equipment safely out of sight in the boot as a necessity for my work.

Its been 3 months since I bought the car; Rik what date will I receive my parcel shelf?

We turned up Good Friday at the store to see a specific car for our son. Rik could not have been more helpful. By Saturday our son picked it up and drove it away just after midday. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to others. Quick and efficient purchase :)

Dealt with Rik (Fortunetly after reading some of the other reviews). Bought the car and drove it off all in a couple of hours, did have a bulb missing from the headlights which they told me to replace and it did get forgotten but after chasing them up they did eventually send through a cheque for the correct amount.
