I can not express enough just how amazing this place is! From start to finish my experience was calm, stress free and nothing was too much to ask. I traded in my old car which still had outstanding finance and left with a much newer car in amazing condition for a price that could not be matched anywhere. The after sales has been spot on and I feel I can go back to them with any queries at any time. Big thank you to Adam and Scott who dealt with me from start to finish. Consider me a permanent customer who will be looking to purchase all future cars from you. Keep up the great work!
Not one to normally write reviews, but this car dealership is different to the norm. Dean was very helpful, allowed my wife and I the time and space to check over the vehicle we bought without pressure. The car was faultless and an awful lot better than some I had searched for and gone to see on main dealer forecourts. Highly recommended and would definately buy from here again.
The guys here are amazing! Very helpful honest and not your typical car salesmen. Dean, Paul and Joe are a great team, very helpful, honest and genuinely nice guys. They made sure that I knew and understood all the paperwork and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Many thanks to Dean at Hampshire Car Sales for taking the time to find exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was much easier than expected and Dean was patient and not pushy in the slightest. There were no hidden charges and I am very pleased with my new car and the service received. Beware of this awful car dealer. I saw a car on their website that matched the spec and colour etc that I was looking for, so travelled over an hour to view it, usual salesman patter and after the test drive I agreed to purchase it at the screen price, on condition that they sort some dents and scratches on the paintwork . They arrange the finance and promise to have it ready the following week, the day before I am due to pick it up at 5pm, I get a call from the sales manager who informs me of an issue with the finance and tells me I cannot collect it the next day. After multiple calls by me leaving messages with various different people and then continually chasing them as they never call you back, I finally get a call telling me everything is sorted and I can collect the car on the following Saturday, however the only slot they have for me is 9.15am. So as we live some distance away my wife and I leave our home at 7.00am to get there for our arranged appointment, salesman feeds us some bull about another customer turning up early before us and sorry we have to wait a little while, not a problem we are thinking 10/15 minutes maybe! Eventually after 2 hours of waiting the sales manager speaks with us and tells us we were never booked for 9.15am it was the salesman’s mistake, basically lied to again! We sign the finance paperwork and think at last we can leave, only to be informed that the car will not be released until they receive the money into their account and guess what this is going to take a further 2 hours! So we go to a local takeaway for some lunch and return to the dealer a while later, still the car cannot be taken, finally after about 2/3 hours we get to take our new car away. We get in the car and start it and immediately a warning light comes on telling us the brake light is faulty, I go back in the dealership only to be told that we have to go and get one from somewhere and fix it ourselves as they don’t keep any bulbs on site. Return to the vehicle again start it up and put the radio on and a warning flashes up that we need to enter a radio code, look around for the manuals where you normally get the code from and nothing, the car has no books and no spare key. I go back in and see the sales manager again and he tells us to go to the local ford dealership and pay to get it sorted and he will reimburse us, I said I was not happy with this and he says he will go and look for the books, after he did not return for a while we just decided to leave as we had really had enough of this awful place. We drive to the local ford dealership and after 5 minutes they sort the the code for £20 and are sad to hear about our experience with this local dealer, but tell us it is not the first time they have heard stories like ours about HCS. So now we have a car with only one key, no manuals, and after close inspection I notice most of the paintwork issues have not been sorted. I am £20 out of pocket and we have wasted our Saturday sitting in a car showroom. This dealership will give you all the bull when they are getting you to purchase a car from them and once they have you hooked the service levels drop right down and they just want your money and to get rid of you. We will be contacting the finance company on Monday morning to see why can be done, will also be writing an email to the directors of the company to explain the issues and see what they want to do about everything.
Just purchased our second car through Hampshire Car Sales and we are extremely pleased with the service provided on both occasions. The first time Declan sold us a great car and was helpful, supportive and knowledgable throughout the process. Our second visit was facilitated by Blu who spent a lot of time explaining things in our new car to make sure we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including climbing in and out of several vehicles to show leg room and spacing. He was very patient and friendly. Scott was also patient in explaining finance options etc. Overall, the whole team are great! I can’t see us going anywhere else in the future.
I am absolutely pleased with my new car that I bought from HCS. Declan who dealt with my purchase from start to finish was extremely helpful throughout and at no time did I feel pressured into buying. He recognized exactly what car I would like and even though he knew that I was keen to look around other dealers he also knew that I really wanted the car that I had spotted on their forecourt and was prepared to offer me a good trade in price for my old car. In fact everyone that I spoke to at HCS were friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend HCS. Many thanks
After years of running a very old vehicle we needed a quality used car to replace it. The site was clean and had a great selection of vehicles. The sales executive Deepak wasn't pushy, he was friendly yet professional and let us look over and test drive a car without pressure. Highly recommended.
