My husband and I visited today to order a car through the motability scheme. We dealt with Scott who was very knowledgeable about the cars and the Motability scheme. The process was very smooth and Scott ensured we understood everything.

In regards to accessibility building itself was accessible although I cannot comment on whether they have an accessible bathroom or not as I did not enquire.

Having been told that a safety recall job would take 20-30 minutes, I eventually got out after an hour and a half.  
I don't like being misled in this way.  That's our first experience of Snows after-sales service - not impressed at all.
