Once you leave the showroom after purchasing a car, you're no longer their problem. The member of the sales team I had (back in 2014) was appalling. They advertised a Golf at £11,000 with 54,000 miles to find out when buying the car it actually had 77,000 miles. No offers or discounts were made once this was discovered. I know I shouldn't have continued with the purchase but it took so long to buy the car, I was fed up and just went through with it.

Large selection of vehicles on display. Good customer service and friendly staff. Find that a large proportion of cars were very similar which was disappointing. Worth visiting just to have a look at VW's. Parking often difficult on site as cars take up all the spaces.

Great leadership. Wonderful company. Rubs off on the staff - they genuinely want the best for you. I had the pleasure of speaking with Craig and I was completely amazed by his and his teams level of service from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic - I would thoroughly recommend.

Called and arranged a test drive of a specific used car. Called again to reschedule by a couple of hours and again specified the exact car. 4 hour round trip by train and bus costing £30 then asked to wait without a seat only to find the car had already been sold that morning and the other suitable cars had already been sold too despite remaining listed for sale. Car is still listed as for sale on their site and sat with a price tag on in the lot. Kept trying to sell me a car I didn't want instead of apologising. 4 hour round trip for a rubbish cup of coffee.
