I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic from Hendy Honda. I dealt with a chap called Alan Shergold and was delighted with the service I received. 

There was no pressure sales or underhand tactics, just an honest and upfront service that even included him driving the car up to Bristol. 

The features and workings of the car were fully explained along with the benefits of AA cover and a one year Honda warranty. 

The car itself is the best car I have ever owned. It is superb to drive in every respect and after years of owning Fords, I am definitely a Honda convert. It looked like new after Hendy had repaired any defects prior to delivery.

I would recommend Hendy Honda without hesitation.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Henry Southampton. The whole process was easy and I never felt any stress. The salesman was a chap called Alan Shergold who explained all the options open to me and helped to find a car within budget. 
From our first meeting to picking the car up, I can’t praise him enough. 
Will recommend to all friends and family in the market for a car.

Five star customer care from Alan Shergold. Sold us what we wanted and it was a totally enjoyable experience.
We had to return the next day for some advise and were made to feel very welcome even though the deal was already made. Nothing is too much trouble for Alan or the rest of the team.

The staff were professional & attentive in helping me select my chosen car (Civic). In particular, Alan Shergold, the Sales Executive that assisted me, gave clear explanations of the technical aspects of the car, both in the showroom & during the test drive. He was at no time 'pushy' with his sales technique (which was appreciated), but allowed the benefits of the car to sell itself. Both he & his sales manager were helpful & flexible in putting together the right package that I was looking for & this resulted in me purchasing what will hopefully be an awesome car.
