I’ll try do this short and simple but first I wouldn’t even give one star. 
I brought a 20k Land Rover from these guys, can’t fault the car it’s great but this garage is outrageous. 
I tried to put a claim in for sensors on the car and wheel bearings all in black and white stated there covered in the warranty. They dismissed it saying its “wear & tear”, I paid for this warranty. Next I’ve NEVER received my £100 deposit back- seems they might pocket this after reading how much other people have had problems with that. I brought a car with a service and that hasn’t got any paperwork and no stamp in book highly unlikely it was even done. 
After 40 emails back and forward with this Rob guy who was more than rude with his replies. I’m having to use legal advise and escalate it further. I’m also having to report it to trading standards and Moter ombudsman to get something done.

I had a great experience with James buying my Vauxhall’s zafira last year in November.
However 5 months on my servicing light and engine malfunction light has appeared. Garage have said I am out of warranty so this has been raised as a dispute as for any vehicle purchased under consumer credit act there is a 6month agreement in place legally. 
The garage are now unhelpful and not responsive. 

My second dealing with them was encouraging my partner to purchase a car from them before I had all the issues. This took its time and despite issues and false promises my partner got her vehicle. 
Now though approximately 1 week from delivery the car traction and engine malfunction lights have both appeared meaning there will need to be return trips to the garage. 

From an initial positive experience in November our visits are now a negative one and we are incredibly disappointed in the service received and response to issues. 
I would urge anyone wanting to buy a vehicle to have this checked thoroughly prior to taking away so you are not left in the same position as we have been.

Best Price Car sales Ltd is the best indeed! 
I had not had credit history and have lost hope to get anything on finances. But spotted  online this lovely company 2 weeks ago and now driving Amazing almost new car! My dream come true with this helpful guys! Highly recommend this great company!

what a joke Rob Forsyth’s response is... They didn’t do any extra body work unless he means the damaged bonnet. No one was mess about except us. Stay away from this place !!!!!!
