Went to view some cars today with the intention of buying one within the next month. Manager refused to allow the sales chap who was taking care of me to allow me to view the interior. Sales assistant was embarrassed when he told me that his manager had said I should go back when I want to buy. Clearly I won't be going back there. Says a lot about customer experience and if this is point of sales can't imagine what after sales is like. Won't chance it. Very hard sales pitch and obviously unhappy staff.

I bought my new Skoda Octavia from DCC around a month ago and could not be happier. The service I received was fantastic, I would highly recommend them. There was no pushy salesman and the service was relaxed yet professional.

Very good service from Richard and a very good price on the car. I was collected from the train station and the car was immaculate on arrival. Would recommend.

Absolute scam artists and liars. Do not buy a car from this place at your own peril. Total cowboys. Their insurance policy is not worth the paper it's written on. Avoid at all cost. Bought a car here as soon as it had problems they weren't interested. Once they have had their money they couldn't care less.

Made the long journey from Hackney east London , and well worth it the guys at dcc made me feel very welcome and bent over backwards to accommodate me with all my need especially Rich who went above and beyond for me when buying my new Audi. Massive thanks guys, highly recommended and will definitely use again.
