This is a lovely place to stay. Friendly owner, gorgeous views at the back and a great location near dumfries. Good value for money and the breakfast was fab.

Work away a lot so I've stayed in a lot of b&b's but I can say this is up there with the best ewan was very very friendly I start work and 7 and he went out of his way to make me a full English and when I say full I mean it was massive at 6:30 well done it's a 10/10 from me

Southpark House was excellent, we stayed for one night but the room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The owners are very nice and want to help you. I wouldn't recommend if you plan on going into Dumfries for dinner and walk back (its about 3 miles I think) but by car it's perfectly fine. Nice and quiet, no complaints, great value, highly recommended. Thanks!

Excellent stay and fantastic breakfast. Stayed twice a week there for eight years. Can't fault it. look for thier sign. ARRIVE AS A GUEST LEAVE AS A FRIEND. certainly true. All the bet Rwanda & Donna
