Stopped only for 1 night but after arriving late we where welcomed by friendly staff who sorted us out with our room keys. Our rooms where clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice and once again friendly service. Would stop again if in the area.

It's a 4-star hotel that I rate 2, for a many reasons. But basically, a beautiful room (9) is ruined by a bathroom plonked in the middle of it, which makes the room smell. The staff are miserable, with a few exceptions.

Room 1 was freezing . The radiator was off and had been set so it could not be turned on ! We had to get a blanket out of the car to keep warm. There was a continuous clanging noise coming from outside the room which stopped us getting a good nights sleep.
