This B&B is in a perfect location, close to the train station and to the city centre. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean with good shower/toilet. With typical English breakfast there is an vegetarian option. No special options for vegans though so bring your own milk alternatives. The owner is helpful a friendly. All in all very good service!!!

For what paid the value for money is incredible. Lovely breakfast, comfy bed and friendly, helpful and welcoming owner. Will stay again when in Dumfries.

Nice clean tidy bedroom. Good breakfast. Central, short walk to town and close to railway station.

Just had a lovely two night stay,very enjoyable the proprietor could not have been more helpful lovely breakfast,clean and spacious room and very close to the town centre,I will definately return to Dumfries Villa next time I'm visiting that area.

Overall ok but stayed in better, few cobwebs in the room couple of bulbs out.
