Me and 2 friends stayed here early this week and it was lovely! 

The room we stayed in was up to date, tidy and spacious!

The service we received made us feel very welcome and the lady was very friendly. 

We had breakfast there in the morning and it was very nice and so cheap for what we received! 

All in all I can say our experience was great and we would all definitely come back and stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay here, staff was friendly and accommodating and the house was immaculate and clean. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent B&; extremely well appointed to the highest standard; rooms spacious and very comfortable; excellent  service and breakfast - a real star find - full marks to Freda, the hostess.

After trying several bnb's and hotels in Dumfries, I think I can say it's certainly the best, we stayed there for 10 days. A very welcoming and friendly host, who helped us a lot. Rooms (for me of luxury) perfectly clean, very well decorated and quiet, a breakfast with many choices, all this for the same price or even cheaper than the other BnB or hotel. I highly recommend this address if you want to go to dumfries.

Après avoir essayer plusieurs bnb et hotel, à Dumfries , je pense pouvoir dire que c'est certainement le meilleur, nous y sommes resté pendant 10 jours . Une hôte très accueillante et sympathique, qui nous a beaucoup aider. Des chambres (pour moi de luxe) parfaitement propres , très bien décoré et calme, un petit déjeuné avec beaucoup de choix, tout ça pour le même prix voir moins cher que les autres BnB ou hôtel. je vous recommande vivement cette adresse si vous voulez allez a dumfries.
