This is an old hotel that still has some charm. I had room 16 which appeared to have been recently renovated. Clean tidy and most importantly peaceful.  Many thanks to stephan for the limitless supply of milk.

Yuck,staff seemed too be under impression we owed them,stopped 5 nights,bed hard,toilet s joke,unable too shut door when sitting on toilet.I asked cleaning staff to replenish the milk,tea and coffee,to no avail, toilet paperlimited no replenish in 5 nights.All in all worst place I've stayed.Would of been better in homeless shelter.Staff rude,place horrible

I didn't dislike this hotel but all I'm gonna say is you get what you pay for. I've paid less for nicer accommodation, but subsequently I've paid more for worse or the same quality. It was booked last minuet and on a budget, but all I'll say is I'm not gonna stay here again unless told to do so by my boss. Very good location and very close to the sea front but nothing open or serving like a normal public house would.

Arrived to find that the room I was staying in had not been cleaned,10 mintues later the cleaner said it's ready I then started to unpack to then get a man come in to fix the shower. The room was very small with a view looking straight into a wall. The bedding was ripped and the bathroom had a weird smell to it. I slept well accept for the fact doors slamming every couple of hours left me waking up through the night. Wifi worked perfectly and the manger is very friendly. However, I would not stay here again.

I opened the window and went for a long walk, by the time I got back the odd smell had gone. An alarm kept going off from about 1:30 onwards. The WiFi did not work, but that did not cause to much of a problem, I managed to connect to the rehab clinics next door!
