Incredible value for money - I loved the whole self-check-in process; it made my trip a lot easier as I checked in late and didn’t expect to be able to do so. I was only staying for the night as I had a meeting locally and was travelling down from Birmingham. The rooms are really spacious and decorated to a nice standard (comfy beds may I add) with a lovely powerful shower in the ensuite! My room had a kitchenette and a great coffee machine which made it really homely for me. Will definitely be returning next time I visit the area on business. A perfect place to lay my head in comfort :-)

I stayed here with my girlfriend back in November 2017, for a short break. The rooms were very comfortable and I felt that we got a lot for your money, especially with the size of the lounge and kitchen/dining area. Our room had a shower room, and we overlooked the garden area, which I can imagine is very nice in the summer. There was parking on site, although limited to 3 spaces, but we managed to get spot. The parking on-street right outside the hotel was free of charge though, so that was good if we needed to use it. All is all, a good stay, great value and would return. Thanks

Stayed a night in this hotel, beautiful room but customer service was zero. Was left standing outside in the cold while waiting for a code to the front door, the kettle did not work! The place looked deserted with no help at hand, what a shame. Mitchelle

Wonderful stay - short weekend break in Southend, good location for the Summer I can imagine as it is right next to the sea. Nice big lounge and kitchen area to relax in. Thanks
