The only good thing about this place is hot water. No breakfast parking was hard. Got no sleep due to break in at the place and men shouting. Felt unsafe. Got no sleep. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. The other good thing was that it was clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Never use this place again.

I really enjoyed my one night stay my room was clean and welcoming felt right at home. seaside is not far just down the road the train station is around the corner but can't hear anything. The high street is 5min walk. Great location. Great value for my money. Thank you welbeck.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Other than looking a little old, my stay was very enjoyable. Brilliant price, I must say. Overall worth the money.

The review for this place would be minus five if that is at all possible. Thomas screwed me over completely never answering a single one of my emails or calls, me only managing to get through to him after chasing him for a few days. Yet he had the audacity to claim that i had never confirmed my booking for FORTY PEOPLE, he only bothered to tell me this when I called him after waiting and waiting for a reply to my emails to him. Two weeks before my event. After I asked him to email me that he had seen my emails. SO THAT I COULD CONFIRM!

Worst hotel in town arrogant staff,don't bother trying too email get more joy throwing yourself off the pier.
