Wow what can one say when everything was above expectation 😳 From the moment we set foot in the hotel we felt at home. Debbie is just the nicest hotelier you can ever meet. The room was just perfect in every way ,., clean, comfortable and the decor beautiful. Showeroom was a proper shower and just perfect. Tea and coffee facilities a nice added extra . Breakfast included in the price definitely worth getting up for. You name it and the staff will do their utmost to oblige. Thankyou Debbi and staff. We will be back ❤️

Our stay over the summer bank holidays weekend was amazing. Debbie made us feel at home and gave us recommendations on the places to visit, breakfast was amazing as well as our Hamilton's suite, can't wait to come back

Needed a hotel in Southend for a concert at the Cliffs Pavilion. Booked the Hamiltons Boutique for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and modern and Debbie who welcomed us in made our stay very comfortable. The cooked English breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close to everything on offer in Southend and a quick walk from the train stations.
