A real nice guesthouse/hotel. We had a Pier suite at the front of the building and found it to be immaculately clean and beautifully presented. We'd be very happy to recommend a stay here. Ideally located for walks into town and along the front and Pier. As a guesthouse/small hotel in not sure what more you could expect. We happily stay here again.

I stay here a lot. Garry and penny are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is great, clean and quiet.. so close to the shore front and close to the town centre too. The view when you walk out the front door is good too.

It would be very hard to find a better place. Very professional in every respected. I give this venue my highest recommendation.

Delicious scone and good coffee. Was overcharged and not given a receipt which wasn't good. Bit embarrassing but staff got there in the end. Was sat near door, was very chilly when the door kept being left open
