Dr David is an excellent doctor. Easy to talk to and very caring. Very lucky to have him at the surgery. The holiday vaccination process is a bit backwards and the reception staff don't seem to know how it works. When I first called to make an appointment I was told I'd have to come in and complete a form and then the nurse would ring me at a later date. I subsequently found the form online (which I wasn't told about), completed it and rang them back. They then said I'd have to ring them back at a specified time in the future. Not sure why they don't just ring me. Presumably after my phone call, I will then have to make an appointment to come in for the vaccinations. Their website specifies that they need to be taken at least 2 weeks before travel. All this back and forth will mean the vaccinations are less than 2 weeks before I travel. The surgery has my medical history, I've completed a form advising where I'm going and what I'm doing. I'm not sure why I can't just come in for the vaccinations at the time the first phone call is now scheduled for.

Dr David is an excellent addition to the surgery , he is very caring & a very good listener, much better than some of the others that have been there . He takes time to listen to your concerns & explains everything. Would give him a gold star.

Difficult to get an appointment and you rarely see the same doctor twice the receptionist is incredibly rude for absolutely no reason.
