Absolutely appalling appointments service and not tremendously helpful staff on the phone. I have had to ring in an attempt to support my daughter who has been failing to get an appointment for several Weeks. My experience has given me grave concerns about quality of care for young impressionable adults who don't always have the confidence to deal with unhelpful service people. I will be making a detailed complaint to the practice manager and the university and am intending to find a more suitable GP within the Leeds area for her to sign up t. Currently i do not believe that she will be allowed to see a doctor if she is taken ill at any time.

I met with Dr Angela Goyal October 2017 and she was absolutely lovely. Very caring and helpful. She made a situation which was very difficult for me seem so much clearer just through a conversation. I can tell she is very passionate about her job and helping people when they need it.

All staff are lovely and helpful, but the appointment system needs improving. Although the same day appointment system is good for people with new problems, it is terrible for those who need regular appointments for ongoing problems. There needs to be pre-bookable slots during the week as well as at the weekends and then the surgery would be 5/5!!

The GPs and nurses are good to great but there is an awful appointment system - my student daughter's health is deteriorating, as is her student loan as she takes cabs back and forth, time and time again - up to 4 journeys a day. I am encouraging her to change surgeries if there is no improvement and to advise student services accordingly. Unsuitable for all but the healthiest students... Health services should not be based on survival of the fittest. Shame on whoever thought up this scheme...

The doctors are generally of a very high standard but the appointment system is a joke, and the receptionist are the most incompetent of any gp surgery I have been to. And one of the doctors should not be dealt with re depression or anxiety she has a terrible attitude towards mental illnesses.
