I have needed a lot of medical help and advice, over the last couple of years.nLovely staff, appointments relatively easy to get, very little waiting, GPs and staff keep to time well and are sympathetic and thorough.
I've been a patient for many years. I don't use the surgery very often but everytime I do the doctors are always great and able to help me.nAlso the reception staff is always very welcoming and happy to help
I have been with Thornton since forever, I find the staff very helpful and they have always seen me quickly when I’ve been really ill. The reception and office staff are always there when I have a problem. The Doctors, nurses and healthcare staff are professional and they are always willing to listen.
I’ve been registered at this GP surgery since I was a baby and have seen how much it has developed over the years. I’m always very happy with the service and feel lucky to have consistent access to my designated GP. I often hear negative stories about other GP practices, but my experience here has been nothing but positive. From booking appointments to being seen and treated, everything is handled with empathy, professionalism and excellent medical knowledge. I genuinely wouldn’t change my surgery.Thank you for your service!
